Dear Madam, The African Water Association will organise its 15th Congress in Kampala , Uganda , from March 15 th to 18 th 2010 with the following theme: “Water and Sanitation: which prospects facing the energy stakes and climate change”. This major continent level event will be supported by a water and sanitation various equipments and materials exhibition. The many experts who are expected to take part in this 15th Congress of the African Water Association will be able to exchange their experiences during the technical sessions organised in relation with the 3 themes and sub – themes covering all the water and sanitation sector activities. We are pleased to send attached the Call for Papers of the AfWA Kampala 2010 Congress Technical Sessions including the TOR (Terms of Reference) of the Themes . Applicants willing to bring a contribution are invited to send their synopsis according to the recommendations included in the Call for Papers by April 30 th 2009 to the following e-mail addresses:
